01.We offer overseas after-sale service when you want commissioning or maintenance for machine. Terms of after-sale service: If necessary, we will dispatch engineer to install the machine and train operators in buyer’s factory; the buyer pays for all costs of service, such as visa, insurance, round-trip air tickets, meals, hotels, communications, etc and also service salary to engineer.
02.Our engineers also provide online service to solve any unexpected problem ASAP. Some commissioning and problems could be solved by online talk, photos, and videos. We will be glad to provide technical support any time.
03.CAMA will supply spare parts with best quality on time. Our QC department will guarantee the spare parts to suit our tea bag packing machines. We promise to supply the related spare parts for your machine in 5 years.
04.Warranty: it is 12 months after the machine is installed, but it should not exceed 14 months after the machine arrives at destination. If any part of the machine is damaged because of bad quality in warranty time, the seller should replace the damaged part free of charge.
05.Welcome to our factory for training. We have professional engineer to teach your operators. Our trained machines are supplied specially to demount each part, assemble and install. Your operators will get professional lessons of training and practice each step in training house.
