Heat sealing filter paper : Single side heat-sealing ,16.5-20g/㎡ and 125mm width.It is should be used in spools and produce 7500 teabags/kg.
Envelope paper : Should be white paper 70g/㎡,one side smooth and the other side rough. It can produce 1300 bags/kg.
Cotton thread : The thread should be original cotton thread with 3 strands of No.16 (21/4 in English System) thread wound into cone. This thread should be knotless. The length of each spool is 4250 meters and can be produced 20000 bags at least.
Tag paper : The tag paper should be bleached paper for food industry specially, 70 g/㎡ and be provided in spools and can be produced 10000 tag/kg.
Adhesive : The adhesive used on this machine is polyvinyl acetate emulsion. Its Brookfield viscosity should be 1600-2800 CP at 25℃ with adhesive, 70000 bags can be produced.
